Velvet Drip is a cloud kitchen — we don’t ship products nationwide. Every order is freshly prepared and delivered locally, close to our kitchen in Kondapur, Hyderabad. This policy explains how delivery works.

Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Hyderabad. If your address falls outside our serviceable area, this will be indicated at checkout and we will be unable to process the order.

Delivery Timeline
Since every item is blended fresh after you order, please allow 30–45 minutes from confirmation to arrival.
